"Passover"

"...and now, go and I shall send you to Pharaoh, and you will bring forth My people, the Children of Israel, out of Egypt." (Shemot 3:10)

"Pesach" means "Passover" in Hebrew. Pesach is the festival of the unleavened bread that commemorates the exodus of the Jewish nation from slavery in Egypt by the direct hand of G-d. The dinner that begins the festival week is called a "Seder" at which several ceremonial foods are put upon the Seder plate, which this drawing depicts: Maror, Karpas, Charoses, Zeroah, and Baytzah, and Chazeres.
