"And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them 'You have seen all that the Lord did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land; the great trial which thine eyes saw, the signs and those great wonders'" (Devarim/Deuteronomy 29:1-2)

This is a statement by Moses to the entire Nation of Israel, reminding them that they have seen with their own eyes the miracles done by G-d Himself on their behalf to their captors, the Egyptians. This is visible proof for all time that the G-d of Israel exists, is active in the world, and loves the Jewish People.
