Shavuot, the Festival of Weeks, celebrates the giving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai and is a time of great joy. Through both the written and oral laws, we are able to bring ourselves closer to G-d in holiness and bring blessings to those around us. This painting was inspired by the nobility of Shavuot, the second of the three major festivals in the Jewish year.
