"All shall speak of Your kingdom's glory, and of Your power they will relate." (Psalm 145:11)

The letter "kaf" is the eleventh letter in the Hebrew alphabet, and has the numerical value of twenty. It is the first letter of the word "kavannah," literally meaning "intention." This is the focus one attains before and during prayers to G-d, eliminating all secular and domestic distractions. It also begins the word "kavod," or "honor, glory, and respect." Kaf combines the focus of kavannah and the honor one must pay to the Lord G-d of Israel when engaging in prayer to Him.
